• Grill, steam or bake instead of frying
• Sit up straight at school
• Try your burger with just lettuce, tomato, and onion.
• Make time in your day for physical activity
• Keep to a regular eating schedule
• Dance to music
• Walk briskly in the mall
• Don't skip breakfast
• Try brown rice or whole-wheat pasta
• Drink lots of water
• Try a new fruit or vegetable
• Carry your groceries instead of pushing a cart
• Bake or broil fish.
• Park farther from destination and walk
• Try a green salad instead of fries
• Remove skin from poultry before cooking to lower fat content
