vision

« cause what's an organization without a vision? »

if we all try to do things differently, something new is bound to surface. music, indeed culture, today is stagnating. corporations have put the brakes(or kibosh, if you will) on the evolution of music. technology should be able to change music for the better. to take a next step, I think it necessary to use the tools of today. yes, I am still talking about art. digital and analog sound processing of all sounds and instruments. sadly, this idea has also been capitalized on with a wave of digital, user-friendly, affordable, shit products. obviously, this is the negative side; overprocessing of music leaves it fake, sterile, and, dare I say, bad. I prefer a combination of new school processing and old-school styles and techniques.

Immortal: Music that refuses to die. Future music combines elements of new and old. no pesky cliches. will never sound dated. recorded live with analog recording and valve processing. natural ambience through brilliant engineering. powerful movement of chords with melody enough to go around. dynamic development via buildup and let down. appropriate, mad, fat, harmonies of intertwining melodies for a sonic kick in the balls
