Alright Unionheads, Nearly a year and a half since "…education" hit the streets, and over half a million copies sold, the mighty U/U has played in front of hundreds of thousands in the USA as well as the UK and beyond. To name all our accomplishments would take up too much of this e-mail. So instead a quick word to bring you up to speed. As you may or may not know we are finally off the road. Time to settle in at home??? Wrong. We have all ready begun pre-production for record #2. This means we are laying the groundwork by demo-ing songs that will end up on the new disc. I'd love to give away song titles but they are still in "working mode". But, any of you that caught us this summer were treated to one of the new ones called "All of Us and Everyone" and if the response was any indication I can only imagine the anticipation. In addition to workin' the new material we are preparing to unleash a home video on DVD and VHS. The video documents the REBELLION TOUR in it's entirety from July 2000 thru the MANSON, Ozzfest and club touring. It not only shows the "behind the scenes" no one else is brave enough (or crazy enough) to show, it also contains the videos or "Deadman", "Revolution man", a live "South Texas Deathride" and a TON more stuff. We'll keep you posted on the release date. I predict fan-club members will get access to it first. Finally, we will be running a contest to win a very special guitar. This contest will be eligible for new sign up fan club members as well as all those currently signed up, so keep on the look-out!!!
Thanx, your PROUD AMERICAN BAND

The Union Underground has just returned from their first trip to CANADA! The band played a smokin' set in front of 15,000 Canadians in Toronto, ON yesterday. They all knew the words to "Turn Me On Mr. Deadman"! Dave from Disturbed and Shifty from Crazytown both rocked out on the side of the stage during their set.
While in Toronto, the band also got a chance to do interviews with Much Music and Musique Plus (Canada's MTV equivalents), as well as an appearance on the Canadian talk show TALK TV, which goes out to over 4 million viewers across the country.
The band had a day off today and all went to see Jurassic Park 3. Bryan's review of the film: "Well, it was definitely better than Jurassic Park 2, but the 1st one was by far the best." Other flics the band has checked out on days off recently: "Tomb Raider" - loved it, "A.I." - hated it, John Moyer's review of "A.I.": "B.S."!!! Some DVD's recently purchased by Bryan: "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure", "Conan the Barbarian", "Nosferatu", and "Natural Born Killers."
stay tuned for more...

Spokane, WA- Last week on June 25th en route to the Gorge Ampitheatre in George, WA at about 4:30am, the band's tour bus was involved in a serious collision with a semi-truck. Fortunately, no one was injured. The band had to rely on fellow Ozzfest bands' generosity and charity to help them make it through the show. The eye witness police report was written as follows: "...A semi-truck and a tour bus pulling an equipment trailer were travelling in the right lane. As the bus approached the semi, a pickup truck in the left lane gave the bus the flashing headlights signaling it was okay to pass. After the bus got into the left lane and commenced the passing maneuver, the pickup went back to the right lane then over to the right shoulder presumably to pass both the semi and the bus. It then unexpectedly shot back between the bus and semi, causing the bus to run off the left side of the road into the median. As the bus attempted to get back onto the road, it fishtailed and tipped up on its side, causing the trailer to be slammed into the semi. The bus then regained control after brushing the semi, causing broken windows and scrapes on the both vehicles. The pickup kept going...
