Mickey started playing guitar when he was in the 8th grade, he doesn't remember how old he was, because he has trouble remembering things like dates and names and places he's been.

Also, he plays guitar. And that's about all he does with his life. He plays classical guitar for (well, not for, but....at) school, and electric for his band. In his own time, he plays one or the other. That sums up Mickey. Not much of a life other than playing guitar, wishing he was playing guitar, thinking about wishing for a new guitar that he could and would indeed play, and probably break. Mickey also destroys his guitars. He took apart his first guitar in an attempt to put in new pieces and make his own, but he just broke it and now he just puts stickers on it. His next guitar somehow cuts out all the time, even though he brings it into stores to be fixed. His new guitar, which he spent a lot of money on, has been dropped on cement countless times, and has paint chipping away, tuners bent, and something else. I think they break, oh, wait, Mickey thinks they fall apart because he spends too much time playing them and not enough time fixing them.
