Now we all know this band. They made the first real deep scar for the grunge scene. You had Chris Novoselic on guitar, Dave Grohl (now the lead singer of the Foo Fighters) on the drums, and the ever so great Kurt Cobain also playing the guitar but also ripping through us with his lyrics. They unfortunatly had a sudden stop. Kurt Cobain either took his life or some one took his. His rein stopped on April 5, 1994. Not too long after his death the grunge scene died out. Soundgarden split up, Pearl Jam Slowed down. But even Pearl Jam lost their grunge sound. If it wasn't for the unfortunate loss of the father of grunge we may still be listening to a new album by Nirvana even today.
