Korn

Blind
Director: McG
Description: Video opens with a sweeping shot of a stage. All is quiet, until the guitars kick in. There are tons of small shots of the band, or just a few members at a time. The "Blue-Eyed Dog" makes an early appearence. Then the infamous, "ARE YOU READY?" A mosh pit breaks out in the crowd that wasn't there just a second ago. The head-banging and heavy riffs continue for a while longer. I love this video's many casual shots of the band just hanging out.

You should notice that alot of the guys look different in this video. Just little things. Like David has a shaved head with short brown hair, instead of the usual dyed spikey hair. Head's hair is dreaded in colorful rubber bands, the dreads being only about two inches long. Jon also has sideburns and no moustache.

The mosh pit continues with many crowd surfers. I think you see Munky's face once or twice throughout the entire video. His hair is usually covering it. The video then goes back to an almost quiet stage with no crowd. Jon is sitting on the floor, while everyone else closes it up. Top of Page

Clown
Director: McG
Description: The video opens with the guys walking down a high school hall. Camera changes to a clown spinning a baby doll on his nose. Then, the band playing. In the background are almost naked baby dolls hanging on a net. Jon is seen sitting on the floor of a gym shower with it spewing out water. He shivers and begins to sputter out the lyrics.

Then, you see cheerleaders and jocks staring at the camera. After that, an x-ray shot of Jon moving around inside of a locker. The jocks start to point and laugh at Jon in the shower. The rest of the band, playing in the gym locker room kinda close to Jon I think. Cheerleaders point and laugh towards the camera again. One of them goes into the Ladies' room. The clown still spinning the baby doll in a hypnotic way makes various more appearences. The cheerleader in the bathroom starts to brush her hair in front of the mirror. She starts to laugh and takes off her shirt, revealing a black Korn logo on her back. She looks at it in the mirror and begins to smile eviliy. Top of Page

Faget
Director: McG
Description: This video is not a promo one. It can only be found on the Who Then Now video. Since it would not have been seen as much as Make Me Bad for example, the band didn't really spend to much on this video. It's a pretty simple one.

It starts with a close-up of Head strumming his guitar. Jon walks over to the mic stand. Munky puts his guitar on. The song starts. There is a red curtain-like background. Once the song is over, Fieldy walks up to the camera, and plays a chord. The End. Top of Page

Shoots and Laddars
Director: McG
Description: Jon starts us off here playing his bagpipe in black and white. Then, Fieldy, Head, and Munky are playing in front of, on top of a kind of castle. It looks like it belongs in a minature golf course or something. Then back to Jon with the pipes playing in front of a quiet crowd. For about two seconds, the camera shows Munky in a corn field, his mouth ducktaped. In the next scene, Jon starts singing in front of a "cartoonish" barn. Oh yeah, he's hanging upside down from the ceiling too.

As Jon continues to sway and sing, you see Munky sitting in the field again for a second. Then for a little while, Jon is upright as the camera switches from him to live shots. Back and Forth. Then back upside-down for, "Knick Knack Paddy Whack."

The video ends with Jon swinging silently from the ceiling. Look VERY closely and you will see grafitti on o pole, "KoRn's Grain & Co." This happens very quickly so you might wanna hit the "Pause" button or something. Top of Page

Life Is Peachy

A.D.I.D.A.S.
Director: Joseph Kahn
Description: A pimp crashes his car into a car with Korn inside. As the police are hauling away the pimp, still in disbelief that he killed all five members, the camera zooms in on every one of the guys. Some with bugs crawling on them, some with their faces smashed against the windows, all pale.

Eventually, the police/morgue guys put them all in body bags. It's inside the body bag that they come alive for awhile. The camera shows tem wriggling around, Jon singing.

At the morgue, they're all taken out of the body bags, and examined. It ends with David on the tray thingie being closed on the drawer. Top of Page

Follow The Leader

Freak on a Leash
Director: ?
Description: This video has won MTV's Best Rock Video Award. It's also my personal favorite.

Lights come on one by one at each house in a quiet neighborhood. Kids begin to run out of them, all seeming to go to the same place. A security guard begins to suspect something, and grabs his gun, flashlight, ect.

The kids run to a forbidden cliff and draw a hopscotch pattern leading off of it. The little red girl hops toward the edge. The security guard trys to stop her, but trips and drops his gun. It fires towards the little girl, but she ducks, andit goes right past her. The bullet goes through a Korn poster, and out of the animated world, into the real. The bullet barely misses a person, and crashes their lava lamp. It goes into a kitchen and breaks the cookie jar.

A new scene. Korn i playing in a dark, black room. Light is shining through millions of bullet holes in the walls. The bullet continues down the street, popping 3 balons at a little girl's birthday party, barely missing the girl herself. The bullet keeps going down the street throgha cafeteria, smashing glasses of milk and whipped cream. Next, an office, barely missing many employees, but smashing a water jug. It smashes a cell phone and goes into a gas station, barely missin a clerk, hitting the cash regester.

Into a house and through a Korn poster, not the same one. Back into th "Bullet Room". The bullet stops inches in front of Jonathan's nose. Jon does the "Boom nat da-ta" thingie and the bullet goes on to the other members. Not stopping, but as if looking at them. Jon says "GO!" and the bullet goes out through the second poster and smashes through all new things on it's way somewhere. Just missing alot of people, it enters the first poster, and back into the animated world. It stops right in front of the little girl, jus like it did to Jon. She reaches out, grabs it, and hands it back to the security guard. All the children run away laughing, and the video ends. Top of Page

Got the Life
Director: Mc G
Description: The vid opens with David and Munky hopping into a red Ferrarri. The camera then goes to Jon walking a pit bull along a sidewalk. Camera switches to Head and Fieldy going along the highway in a black Mercedes. Jon and the pit bull hop into a different black car.

They all meet at a recording studio. They all start playing on an elaborate stage as managers and agents an executives smile approvingly and greedily. The lights shut off, and they walk out. Jon walks over to a black limo and sits in back. As the camera seems to go inside with Jon, cameras and reporters are seen through the windows. And that is all you can see through the windows. Pissed off, Jongrabs a baseball bat and smashes a camera. All the others flee in fear. A bum comes over and washes Fieldy and Head's car. They give the amazed bum the keys, and he drives off. All a sudden, the camera switches to David and Munky's Ferrarri just driven off a clif, and plunging toward the ground. You see them watching, Ooing and Ahing atop te bridge as the car smashes into the ground below. All five are then walking down the street. The video closes as te group arives at a party with such cameos as Fred Durst and Ryan Shuck. Top of Page

Issues

Falling Away From Me
Director: Fred Durst
Description: It starts off with the last 5 seconds of the Freak on a Leash video. You know, where the little girl hands the bullet back to the security guard... Anyway, the scene soon changes to a nice little suburban development similar to the one that the kids sneak out of in Freak on a Leash.

A girl, crying, opens up some sort of music box. Inside, the band is playing in my fantasy bedroom, lol. It's a green room. With tons of light bulbs hanging on variously lengthed strings fashing on and off. Next, the scene is her parent's room. Her mom and dad are asleep. All of a sudden, her father's eyes pop open, and he looks pissed. He sits up in the bed and yells his head off at her. The girl scrambles to lock her door, and is successful. As the dad pushes her into her bed, he wips out a belt and starts to beat her. As this isgoing on, her sister wakes up and climbs out the window and onto the lawn. She runs around to people's houses. The kids of the houses all come out. Back in the bed, the father sits up and yells again. His wife grabs his shoulder and trys to calm him down. He turns his head and screams at her. Then, gets up, grabs his belt, and heads down the hall.

The kids of the neighborhood hop on their bikes or run to the house. As the band is performing, little green electric lightning thingies begin to randomly appear around each of the five. The band then appears in the girl's room, orange electric lightning thingies flashing around them.

Kids ouside screaming something in protest, pumping their fists in the air. The man realizing that the door is locked, pounds on it with frustration. The girl is in absolute bewilderment. Looking at Korn, then back at the door being pounded on. One of the kids climbs up to the window and helps the girl out.

All the kids run home. The girl standing in her lawn, still with the music box thingie. Orang lightning flashes out of her window and into the box. Finally, the door opens for the dad, revealing an empty red-lit room. Top of Page

Make Me Bad
Director: ?
Description: The video starts with helicopters flying around the alps or something around there. They land on a landing pad by a mountain cave. An old German man and lady are welcomed inside by a nurse. The scene is some type of futuristic alien-related hospital. The nurse tells the man and the woman to step aside while David is wheeled into a room. All members are shown rocking back and forth in their romms, slits below their necks. The camera zooms in Jon's face, zooms out, and they are all performing in a room. They are next in a different room, straps around their necks keep them from falling over. The German couple is seen behind a glass wall. The lady pushes some type of remote, and all the members start freaking out. A lump moves around under Fieldy's skin. They perform in the other room again. David grabs his stomach and collapses. Through his shirt you can see the lump moving around under the skin on his stomach. Gas is emitted from the walls, and everyone becomes unconsious. Suited people come in and take them back to the viewing glass room. The lady pushes the remote, and they spaz out again. The lump goes up Munky's arm.

While Jon is dying, the nurse cuts him open. The song "Dead" starts playing. The nurse takes out a small worm-like alien thingie from Jon. She jars it. The German couple pick it up and examine it saying make me bad. They kiss each other, and begin to laugh evily. Top of Page

Somebody Someone
Director: Martin Weisz
Description: First of all, I would like to say that this video reminds me very much of Freak on a Leash. The fly is like the bullet.

The video starts with flys and bugs crawling around the walls. You see Fieldy through a fly's eyes. As the band plays, the fly flys around all the guys(likethe bulltin Freak on a Leash). He lands on David's symbol, but quickly leaves when David hits it. Next, he lands on Jon's mic, but is blown away by a wad of saliva. Then, he lands on Fieldy's string, but as you guessed, is blown away once he strikes the string. The fly lands on the floor near David's drum. The camera zooms into the carpet, and mites are shown crawling through it. The fly flys away into a spider web, and gets caught. While Fieldy is jumping, the spider falls. Fieldy continues to jump and squishes it. Head's shoe crunches a beatle. The fly lands on Jon's mic. Jon unknowingly placs his hand over the mic. He looks at his hand and sees a flatened gly and guts. A message flashes across the bottom of the screen, "No Insects Were Harmed In The Filming Of This Video." Top of Page
