Heatwave Sound and Light is a mobile DJ company that serves Humboldt County, California. We pride ourselves in our fun, interactive style so that your party is an event to be remembered. Our clients are the "stars" as we coordinate activities and guide our "stars" through their pre-determined schedule of events. Heatwave Sound and Light utilizes top quality sound equipment and spectacular effects lighting including mirror ball, strobe and dynamic color lighting. We specialize in wedding receptions that range from a classic romantic affair to a fun-loving entertaining party. Our three Heatwave crews are all well trained and intent on creating the atmosphere most desired by our clients.
Meet our Heatwave family. Charlie Fuentes is a disc jockey at a local radio station and an incredible source of rock-n-roll history trivia. Charlie is engaged to Patti Ray, his Heatwave partner and DJ extraordinaire. Patti teaches elementary school in her spare time. Charlie and Patti have three beautiful daughters. Dana Hall, a.k.a. "The Rock-N-Roll Burly Man" is a Humboldt County icon. He has been a popular radio personality for over 20 years. Dana loves his three children, two beautiful daughters and one Harley Davidson. Lauren Fawcett works at a local television station and is our link to today's new sounds. Lauren has a special way of making her clients feel relaxed and in good hands. Her partner, Brad Goodwin, is a videographer and radio DJ. Brad is our dependable "rock" and brings years of experience in television news.
