RichEdit 3.0

Microsoft's RichEdit 3.0 update adds Unicode support to WordPad for Windows 98 (but not Windows 95). Do not install it for Windows ME, 2000, XP, or later versions. Do not install it for Windows 98 either if you have Office XP or later.

Download riched30.zip.
Search for riched30.exe with Google.
