Script Chapter 2
Halo
[Begin first cut scene]
[We see a roaring waterfall at the edge of a cliff, the camera tracks upwards, a flaming lifepod sailing towards the ground comes into view]
Cortana: "We're coming in too fast!!"
[The four air breaks rip off of the pod and go tumbling into the air]
Lieutenant: "Damn...Air break failure...It blew too early! I'm losin' her...BRACE FOR IMPACT!!"
[The camera switches to the Master Chief's perspective, treetops flash by the window and the intense rumbling gradually increases until the life pod violently slams into the Halo, viciously compressing everything to the floor. The Master Chief is knocked unconscious]
[End first cut scene]

[Begin second cut scene]
[The Master Chief stands in front of a holographic control-panel, he taps a few areas of the panel with his left hand. A few dozen meters away, four giant arms, each arm possessing two large sections which supposedly form the light-bridge, extend outwards to meet in the center of the chasm. Above the arms, a shimmering-blue light-bridge fades into existence as the camera circles around it. The camera pulls away and becomes stationary, overlooking the bridge]
[End second cut scene]

[Begin third and final cut scene]
[The camera is looking down on E-419 (Foe Hammer) hovering at the edge of a cliff. The Pelican lifts off and rotates left]
Cortana: "We should move out Lieutenant, and then we'll need your help on a rescue mission."
[The Pelican finishes it's 140-degree leftward spin and roars past the camera, accelerating out of sight]
[End final cut scene]
