What genre of music does Throw Back Jimmy play?

We play emo core (emotional-hardcore). If u wanna hear a good example, download some songs from A Static Lullaby and From Autumn to Ashes


Who named the band and why?

Rikardo and Arian. Once upon a time, our lead guitarist was Jimmy Chang, and he was fuckin awesome. He moved, so it kinda screwed us over. We came up with throw back because people keep sayin it around school, and we want him back.


When will you guys come out with a demo CD?

We need to write more songs first. We have about 3 or so songs already written, but our goal is to have around 8+ songs on a CD.


When and where will you guys make your debut performance?

This is a hard one...we would have to wait until the band is complete, but we would probably play at some school-sponsored event, like a talent show or some kinda shit like that.


Have you decided on a name for a debut album?

Are you guys gonna play cover songs on stage? If so, what songs?

We are gonna play cover songs, but they would have to be unique (like we would only play a cover song once live). We dunno wut songs yet, but probably some stuff by Rufio or A Static Lullaby.
