Mushroom & Cheese Omlette


Utencils:

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 large omlette

Directions:

  1. Set hot plate to Medium/Medium High
  2. Crack eggs into medium size bowl.
  3. Stir eggs thoroughly with wisk.
  4. Add cheese and stir again.
  5. Pour contents of the cup into the pan.
  6. Wait for cheese to melt; sprinkle mushrooms evenly onto the middle.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes, or until omlette appears mostly done.
  8. Test edges for firmness.
  9. If bottom half is firm, use spatula to fold omlette. Fold again if necessary.
  10. Slightly press down on omlette with spatula.
  11. Flip omlette; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  12. Use spatula to put omlette on plate, & enjoy.
