Mushroom
& Cheese Omlette
Ute
ncils:
- 1 medium size bowl
- 1 pan
- 1 spatula
- 1 wire wisk
Ingr
edients:
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1-2 lg handfuls Kraft Mexican Four Cheese
- 3-4 large eggs
Yield: 1 large omlette
Directions:
- Set hot plate to Medium/Medium High
- Crack eggs into medium size bowl.
- Stir eggs thoroughly with wisk.
- Add cheese and stir again.
- Pour contents of the cup into the pan.
- Wait for cheese to melt; sprinkle mushrooms evenly onto the middle.
- Cook for 15 minutes, or until omlette appears mostly done.
- Test edges for firmness.
- If bottom half is firm, use spatula to fold omlette. Fold again if necessary.
- Slightly press down on omlette with spatula.
- Flip omlette; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Use spatula to put omlette on plate, & enjoy.
