Directions:

1. Set oven to Medium/ Medium High
2. Take a glass, center it with the bread, and press down to make a circle in the middle of the bread.
3. While holding glass down, gently wiggle until there is a circle cut into the bread.
4. Spread butter on either one or both sides of the bread (optional)
5. Put slice of bread in pan.
6. Crack the egg into the hole in the bread.
7. Wait for the bottom half of the egg to turn white, then gently slide spatula underneath bread and quickly
   flip bread upside down.
8. Let bread cook for 1-2 minutes, then take spatula, put the bread on a plate, and enjoy.
