I know what a Christian is,
yet acting out the part is easier said then done
I need a constant reminder,
sometimes i get wrapped up in myself
I feel like I lose sight of You sometimes
but I want to keep You in my mind
in my soul always
in everything I do and say
I want others to see the cross I carry on my back
let me share freely without a care of what they think
let me be a spiritual gardener
always planting seeds of love
I want to be everything You want and more if You ask
just give me a sign
something, anything or nothing
just want You will
for me to know
grow in it
harvest
be the sun in someone’s sky
because I care
and let no glory shine upon my face
but completely on Yours.
