Hey whats happening? this is our web page for AFTER SHOCK I hope you have enjoyed it. There have been alot of problems going on while we have trying to do this band ordeal. So it is amazing that we have come this far. We first started the band with the three founding members: Hunter Matt and Zane. When we first started out we a bull crap band. This means we said we were a band but did not do any thing together or play any instruments. But now things are different. We all have worked hard to get to where are today. Hunter and I have not had all that many guitar or bass lessons. As a matter of fact nethier one of us had taken any lessons until we met this guy named arron, who has given us alot of serious playinglessons.If you do not believe me,just ask kid rock. Arron had an audition with him.Any ways, Hunter and I have worked hard to be able to do what we do. And lets not forget Zane. He took drum lessons back in like the 5th grade and that is it. And now look at him. He is beasting it on the drumz. We would not be where we are now if it was not for him. He is the backbone of the band. Then we decided that we needed another guitarist, so we recruited Jeff. He is a great guy and one heck of a guitar player. I think he is going to help bring a very heavey sound to the band. We have gone through singers like a addict goes through needles. Our first singer was yours truly. Me, Matt. Then I found the harsh reality of singing and playing at the same time. It is dang near impossible if you are a beginner. So we recruited my friend from school Chris Seamen. But things did not work out with him and his voice. So we went back to just Hunter and I singing. So we decided to recruit our dearly beloved deranged friend Brian Nelson. So to present day he is our singer and a dang good one to. Just wait til we get signed and release a record that has vocals on it. Be looking for it on our debut album "BRACE YOUR SELF",You all will see what I am talking about. I must say that the hardest thing about being in a band especially a band that you are related to is putting up with everybody. Some times you all get along and some times every one is as aggravating as a three fingered ethiopian kid trying to learn sign lanuage. But you learn to work around everybodys personality. Once you get passed the aggravating parts comes the wrighting part of the band idea. But if you make awsome music like we do, then there is a feeling you get when people like what you are playing. But some times it can make you madder then a one legged ethiopian kid watching a doughnut roll down a hill. But it is all worth it in the long run. So on behalf of AFTER SHOCK, I can say that we appreciate all our fans so to speak and the people who support us and back us up in any thing we do. But most importantly we all would like to think GOD for the talent he has bestowed upon all of us. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU Always remember that the songs we sing reflect who we are. The songs we sing help us become what we want to be.The songs we sing can be a precious link to our eternal home.It will be our Privilege to sing unto the Lord a new song as we live to be worthy of his mercy and wondrous grace. -Music Composer K. One of the points we as a band are trying to point out is that not all heavy metal bands are of the devil.We are metal and god is a large part of our life.
