Twas a dream come true when I went to OzzFest on June 9th. I got to hang out w/ UU & managed to escape w/ some pictures! So for you viewing pleasure, my OzzFest experience!
After finding John & getting escorted backstage, we found Josh & got the first picture!
I'm not sure what was happening here... I didn't even know the picture was taken. I think this is right before John got on the Jagermeister bike & went to get lunch.
After John came back I got on the bus where I met god in person! He was playing around w/ his new custom designed 7 string. Patrick actually let me hold the guitar for a picture! And thus I blinked in the damn picture!!!
And when the picture was retaken, it was great... except the flash didn't go off... damn cheap disposable K-Mart cameras!
Everyone had their own food cabinet on the bus & all the labels were defaced except for Bryan's cuz no one had the balls to do it yet... well... looks pretty defaced to me! (by the way, I had nothing to do w/ that and Patrick did not encourage me either...yeeeeep...)
It's the Patrick show!!!! Yeah, I had lots of film so I conned Patrick into letting me take pics of ALL his tattoos. This one is his latest. I zoomed in on it in the second pic so you can get a better view. It's a Giger-esque image. Patrick is a great fan of Giger's work.
This is probably Patrick's most well known tattoo. It's even printed on his latest guitar picks. He gave me a nice flexing pose for this one! You know you're a stud, Patrick! :)
I dunno how the hell I managed this one... this is Patrick's 3rd tattoo which is rarely seen because he's always got it covered! But I talked him into letting me take a pic of it! And yes, Patrick, I did what you told me to & fixed up the picture!
UU was about ready to go onstage so everyone was going through the whole make-up & hair deal. Bryan came out of the back of the bus after getting glammed up for the big show & I got this nice picture...
UU's tour manager Dave Cienmy took me backstage at the main stage where I got to meet Paul Gargano (Metal Edge magazine) & watch a UU photo shoot. I felt stupid when I saw this red haired chick walking around & then had John come up to me & tell me "That's Talena from Kittie!" ... I didn't even recognize her cuz she colored her hair. I REALLY felt like an ass! But after being told who it was it was great cuz I got my picture taken w/ her and John!
Well, that's all for UU pictures. I also have a picture w/ just me and Talena & one of me & Dave Williams of Drowning Pool (he's a sweetheart!), but I'll leave those for something else cuz I'm restricting this to only UU pics! Sooo... that's it!
