On a cold, wintry night I see the light,
A light only dim but if feels so right,
To sit and ponder on the days so cold,
It is within your arms that I need to be told,
I love you forever beneath the wintry sky,
Watching as the birds begin to fly,
South for the winter and leave us be,
In the winter wonderland that I have to see,
This cold is so beautiful and nice,
Even though I am as cold as ice,
Your love keeps me warm on these cold nights,
