If you like your good ol' fashioned rock n' roll chances are you'll love Audio Adrenaline. Even if you don't chances are that you will love Audio Adrenaline. In a word, these guys ROCK!

Unlike most audioa fans I haven't been there since day dot, I kinda came in with Bloom, their third album I think. Anyway, the point is that you don't have to be a die hard fan to like their music. It's so catchy and so much fun that you can listen to any of their tracks and become an instant fan.

From rock anthems like "Some Kind of Zombie", "I'm not the King" and "Underdog" to rock ballads like "Good Life" and "Ocean Floor" and the powerful praise and worship overtones of their latest album "Lift", these blokes have talent on both ends of the scale. Their ability to create catchy guitar riffs seems limitless with songs like "I'm Alive", "Chevette" and "Mighty Good Leader" proving time and time again to be simply irresistable. While they are also able to write very different little numbers; "Jesus Movement" and "Blitz", they have also produced a good deal of classics in their time such as "Big House" and "We're a Band". Overall the lads have a very solid and versatile rock repitoire.

However it's not their music for which I admire audioa so much (though I do love their music). It's because of their awesome attitude towards Christ and their faith that I admire them the most. They have this incredibly humble attitude about their ministry that is just awesome to see in such a successful group. Their live performance at Sonfest reflected that attitude with their rodeo rock n' roll style show which encouraged us to mosh with an attitude of love and meeting the boys before the show truly showed how humble and real these guys are. Ben Cissel, the drummer, gave my mate his underdog shirt, and he filmed us with his old camera for the video, although unfortunately we didn't make the final cut. But that's not why I admire them so much, these guys are as rel and humble as anyone you would meet. Oh, and their music rocks too!
