In The Shadow
He faced the raging storm,
Commanded, "Peace, be still,"
And calmed the tempest
That could have taken their lives.
Now, as that storm rages in my life,
I call out to the God who is still in command.
God is in control.
If there is no other refuge
I may take comfort in that,
So I put my faith in the one who is truly faithful
And know He will give me shelter from what I can not handle
And strength to deal with what I can.
