My 1997 Firebird
Welcome to the offical site of our (my dad and I)1997 Pontiac Firebird. We bought our Firebird in August of 1997. We were in the area of looking for a new car and that day we went to the dealership to test drive some Firebirds. A few days ago before we bought it my Mom and I went to go get her oil changed and I went off looking at new Firebirds. And there under a huge tent was the Firebird we have now. So the day that my dad and I went to the dealership I pointed that car out to him. We took a test drive and within 2 hours the dealer was handing us the keys. We came home in the car that we got to the dealership with and when we walked in the door we made up some big fib about how we really didnt see anything there. About an hour after we told her that little lie the dealer rolled up in our drive way in a brand new clean 1997 Pontiac Firebird. My Mom couldn't believe her eyes! We really pulled a fast one on her that time! We took her for a little drive and I think she really liked it. So after that she signed some papers and to this day we still have the 1997 Firebird. SO from that day we always said that I (Dane) picked the car out!!
