Nothing's for sale yet, and you pretty much can't get anything here unless we give it to you personally. We're working on this little problem. So those of you who know who we are, live nearby, and are following our progress, here's a list of home-made demos we have.

37th Parallel

37th Parallel is the very first release, and right now our only full release. It was a project between Dan and Chris, mainly to get familiar with recording in the garage. It contains six origional songs, and three outtakes sections. Dan takes vocals and guitar on the songs, and Chris takes bass and keyboard effects. What experience was gained from this first-try, and how many fans were gained, will never be known.

Tracks on "37th Parallel":

Side One
1. Space
2. Out-takes part 1
3. Asclepius
4. Out-takes part 2
5. Silver Girl
6. Fly
7. Out-takes part 3

Side Two
8. White Sheets
9. Low Tide (Jane's Song)

"I'm beginning to not like calling this a 37th Parallel tape since it's only two members of the band... it's not right..." -- The Dan

"Yeah, it's flawed... it's just the first attempt by a few kids to make music... Fly needs to be more in tune, White Sheets has got to be better. White Sheets is too long, too boring. The story of the lyrics... i'm happy with that, but the music needs to build much more. The Out-takes are just comic value... Asclepius is our original song, we are going to play it at shows... I mean, why not?" -- The Dan

School Talent Show Performance and Video

On that awesome night of 37th Parallel's first performance, Dan and Chris's little brother, who has not yet been consumed by the true world of rock and grunge, decided to videotape the performance. Whether he did this on purpose because he recognized the song, or we really really need a new video recorder, he stood in the back of the room. People are seen walking in front of his view, and there is absolutely no focus...we are all Blurs on stage. The one thing that couldn't be messed up was the mic. The band believes this to be a rather good recording of our performance as everything was equaled out from the back of the room. Chris has taken the soundtrack off the video, and dubbed it on tape. Perhaps this first live recording will show up on a limited bonus track on our demo cd...

37th Parallel Live

Chris has purchased a 16-pack of cassettes. These can be transferred onto CD, but with the equipment in the garage and the 4-track tape mixer, cassettes are easier. These 16 tapes will be used to catalog every performance. Any shows we do, Chris will dub it to tape, and make copies for anyone who wants one. Understand that right now the only way we're getting an audio recording is through the audio line of the video camera. The video is another thing that Dan and Chris's dad is doing, so far he's been to every show with the camera. Obviously, we have every show on tape. As you saw with Cedar Beach however, whatever the camera misses is what the video and then the cassette misses.
