Downtown Montreal
isn't as decayed as many other neighborhoods.Altough some parts of it,mostly near train
tracks are kind of ghost towns,areas around Sainte-Catherine,Saint-Laurent or Crescent
streets are today buzzing of activity.
Abandonned buildings in
downtown include: Theaters,mansions,factories and department stores.No abandonned
40-stories buildings like I once saw in many american cities.Altough in an area near metro
place-des-arts,there are some mostly vacants *old-school* buildings,they can't be
considered as skyscrapers,as they are only 10 to 15 floors,and are nearly larger than
higher.
