The Cowley Club is being set up by a collective of people from Brighton who have been involved in various anarchist projects for years. The plan is to set up a co-operative collectively owned club along the same lines as the 1 in 12 club. Plans for the club include a bar, a veggie cafe, a performance area, computer facilities, a library and accomodation and many other ideas. The collective have secured a mortgage for 70% of the price of the 4-floor buiilding. The rest of the money needs to be raised through the sale of this CD, loan stock investments, and any other means possible. The club will be run on a volunteer basis.

There will also be a benefit gig for the Cowley Club featuring Combat Shock, Eastfield, Anal Beard, EggRaid, Bus Station Loonies and MTA, where you will be able to get copies of the CD. It will be on Wednesday the 14th August 2001 at the Hobgoblin, Brighton. See you there...
