About Action Figures:
All are still sealed on the display cards. A few have a slight, smooth curve to the card. These curves can be easily fixed by pressing
the cards under a heavy book for some time.

Some Generations figures have minor damage along one edge of the card. See scan for details.

Terms of Sale:

1) This is my personal collection; I have only one copy of many items.
2) All sales are final. Make sure questions are answered before you commit to send payment.

I no longer consider an item to be reserved/ordered until I have received a response to my final confirmation email, where I provide the final total and my mailing address. I will make exceptions for customers who have shown they are reliable.

If you reject an item after the final price is agreed to, the entire order will be canceled. I will then let other interested parties know those items are once again available. Once I process their responses, I'll allow you to re-order what remains. If you cancel an entire order I won't do business with you again.

To assure a prompt confirmation email, please provide the following information: Full name (first/last), US State or non-US country you wish me to ship to. If I am delayed in sending a confirmation email I will 'reserve' all ordered items during that delay.

3) Payment must be payable in US currency. US orders: For your protection a check is preferred.
Prices are given in US$.
4) International orders: Payment must be in the form of an International Money Order or cashier's check payable in US $. (Send cash at your own risk.)
5) Personal checks require at least 4 business days to clear. All payments must clear before shipment.
6) Money orders require no time to clear. US money orders must be drawn on a nationally recognized bank (no state or city banks).
7) US only: Insurance (optional): up to $100 of insurance is $2. Add $1 for each additional $100 or fraction there of.

9) Packages will be shipped the Saturday after payment clears, sooner if possible.
10) COD is available on US orders over $150, but I will charge $7 for my time (plus COD costs of course). Pre-payment of COD postage cost required.

IMPORTANT NOTES: I'm just one guy; I process orders as my schedule allows (at least 2-3 times per week).
