Clumsy...
This was the second record released and was definatly a favorite. It was in my opinion the best album and what made them as popular as they are today. I like mostly all the songs and now that I think about it I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy their music to some extent. Some favorites are: Superman's dead, Automatic flowers, carnival, 4am, clumsy, and hello oskar. These and other great songs off this record can be found here Released 1997
Happiness...is not a fish you can catch.
This is their latest release and also a very good album. I think that if you are an OLP fan this is definatly a must have... There are some very well writen songs on this album. Some of my favorites are: One Man Army, Blister, Is anybody Home, Waited, *Theif and *Stealing babies. If you would like any lyrics or audio clips please click here *Theif and Stealing babies were both dedicated to little girls Theif was dedicated to a girl who has a brain tumor and the song tries to explain how it must feel to deal with this.("I can't see that theif that lives inside of your head.") Stealing babies on the other hand was dedicated to a 7yr old girl struggling with AIDS and tells of her life being stolen from her at this tender age.("How are you going to make me understand?Im dreaming while your stealing babies"). I find these 2 songs to be very inspiring and thoughtful. As I recall from the recent OLP tour before singing Stealing babies "this album is dedicated to children who suffer..."lead singer, Raine Maida This album comes highly recommened. Released 1999
