Para Tawhiti is run by Riro Poike from Easter Island and his wife Kata nee Winterburn from Ngati Kapumanawawhiti.
The classroom for our students
This is the classroom on the top level inside the whare kai. The room has ample space for the students this year. From Ngati Wehi Wehi we have Glen Cook his wife and his sister Jodee attending as students.

Everyone shared a meal together. It was ka pai. All the tamariki from Kotahitanga o Kohanga Reo class were there. They were very well behaved during the day.
The students were straight into class after this doing a history of Ngati Wehi Wehi with Jerry Jacobs and Uncle Noel Gardiner
