Greg has always had a interest in Fantasy Art, before getting into the Tattoo Industry Greg applied his artistic talents to doing murals on cars and also doing feature walls in people’s homes.

Greg found it very hard to get into the Tattoo Industry,  Greg would take his designs to different studios, sure they liked his designs and wanted to use them but he couldn’t get anyone to take him on and teach him the techniques, after 15 years of trying  he was about to give up when he went to The Tattoo Shop in Bundoora and Nugget gave him the break he was looking for.  Nugget took Greg on in 1997.

The best tattoo I ever done was of an oriental dragon, the design started at the top of the shoulder and wrapped around the arm down to the middle of the fore arm.

The most unusual tattoo I ever done was of a map of Australia on the back of a blokes head.

The Tattoos are a lot finer in detail, more colours are now available, and you can just about get anything tattooed now including pictures.  I also think it is great that kids with artistic talent are starting to come into the tattoo industry it is no longer a close nit industry like it used to be.

Greg’s main designs are Warrior or Gothic characters, he enjoys doing any design, at the moment Indians seem to be popular.

Greg works at the tattoo shop 3 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the other 3 days a week he does murals and feature walls in peoples homes.
