Through quality education, Las Pinas City specially, Soldiers Hills 2 and nearby subdivisions (catchment area) will be transformed into a metropolis where the people are PEACEFUL, PROGRESSIVE, GLOBALLY COMPETITIVE and responsive to the demand of technologically advancing society and united in their common aspiration of achieving richer and fuller lives in the service of GOD and country.
MISSION
SLC is committed to provide access to quality basic education and maximize the child's potential through a variety of carefully selected activities and meaningful experience considering his/her interests and capabilities so that he/she becomes a self-profelling, thinking and contributing individual, able to make right decisions which will prepare him/her for the more complex demands of future life.
RATIONALE
No two individuals have the same problems, needs, priorities, threats or opportunities. And so through our competent and highly qualified school administrator, teachers and non-teaching personnel we will do our best to meet and accomplish our mission.

Topping all these, is the sincere, dedicated and personal touch of
the owner and founder of SUNSHINE Learning Center, Mrs. Rosebell E.
Siazon who has been in the educational service for almost thirty-four (34) years now. She started as a modest public elementary school teacher in 1970 in Quezon City. She pursued her graduate studies at the Philippine Normal College, her alma matter, now PNU and finished her first masteral - MAT, Language and Literature in Filipino. Later on, she was given the chance to be a recipient of DECS-PNC Scholarship Grant on MAT, Special Education- Teaching Mentally Gifted Children from April 1977 to may 1978. She was also a Division Trainor in Communication Arts in English and Filipino from 1991-1999. In spite of her hectic schedule as school principal (for 12 years in different schools) in the same division, she never stopped from studying. Her Doctoral Degree on Educational Management is almost completed with just two more subjects for course requirement. She ended her government service to put up her own school- Sunshine Learning Center where Excellence in Education is assured.
