KEVIN ELLIOT:
Kev the brother of Kieron and co
founder of the SLSC back in 1983. One thing that stood out with
Kev was he was never a Mod as such or should I write at all.
Although he was heavily influenced by the whole Mod movement
and hung out with Mods most of the time he always held his own
ideals about Fashion Culture and Music of the time.
