Campbell (etal)'s View Of Business As Decisions
Marilyn Campbell et al (5 )view business from the point of view of decision making, and break such decision making down into five types of decision making:
- Financial decisions
- Human Resource decisions
- Marketing decisions
- Operations decisions
- General (big picture)decisions
Section Structure And Format
This site expands this notion by including the external players in this interactive community sport called business, and shifting the focus to the players who have to make each of the decisions. Although one person may be wearing a number of hats at a given time, the people whose job it is to make each type of decision has become quite stylized over the years. This stylization makes it quite useful as a framework within which to present the various decisions which need to be made during the life of a business enterprise.
