The Cimarron Turnpike is a east-west turnpike in North-Central Oklahoma. This runs from near Westport to near Ceres. There is one spur from near Glencoe to Stillwater. The Cimarron Turnpike is maintained by the Oklahoma Transportation Athourity. The state approved construction of this highway in 1965 and was opened ten years later in 1975.

The Cimarron Turnpike passes through the following metro area.
Stillwater

To help local motorist with everyday toll costs. The Oklahoma Transportation Authority offers the pre-paid toll system know as "Pike PASS".
