Striped Bass Parmesan

2 pounds striped bass fillets
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons green onions sliced
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Nonstick cooking spray
Paprika
 

Cut fillets into serving size portions, and arrange in a baking dish treated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all remaining ingredients except paprika, spread over fish. Sprinkle paprika over fish to add color.

Bake at 350E 10-15 minutes depending on thickness or until the fish is flaky.

Use fresh graded Parmesan cheese for best results.
