-Part I
I had been here in
It is true that day by day it is getting difficult
to get job for those who are already in
HISTORY – Part II
Now I (Sajid Afzal) am in
I started
forwarding
(from Internet Café )
(i) jobs information to a
limited circle of 25 friends after
receiving Job Information Mail from one of my friend Mr. Meer Ali .
(ii) job information which I
knew during my job hunt. Slowly
number of recipient of my mails
increased.
As soon as I got job,
I started sending Vacancies
from Arab New only to a limited circle of 75 to 80 thru
(i) Internet Café
and some time (ii) thru office outlook.
Mostly I was sending mails thru Internet
Café. Some time I had to spend more
than half hour to send mail because of “over quota”
“mail box not available” messages.
Whenever I was feeling that I am wasting my time daily two or
three hours to prepare one mail , I
got some encouraging mail from some one which booted my courage to continue this
difficult task.

I have registered my CV with this site and receiving information are
forwarding to the members as it is.
I could start mailing thru the group from May 04, 2003 (with 84 members) after learning from Mr. Ahmed Mukhtar (my office colleague ) and One another Friend ( He don’t want to show his name ) . Start using Yahoo Brief Case from July 22, 2003 after guidelines given by Mr. Khurram Mahmood ravian2kY@yahoo.com
Our First mail thru Yahoo group was sent with this SLOGAN
“ DO FOR ALLAH, ALLAH WILL DO FOR YOU”

ASSISTANCE
Up to
Mr. Usman Koya started sending the Job alerts from Arab Times and Kuwait Times (English Daily of Kuwait) from Jan 01 2004. He founded a news group on Feb 18 2004 thekkepuramjobs@yahoogroups.com, where he started placing Arab Times & Kuwait Times News Papers, and other mails from us and continued to send Arab Times and Kuwait to us as usual.
LIMITATIONS OF OUR WORK
We have some limitations to
work
·
We have
to type the newspaper advertisements (cannot
scan the newspaper advertisements) because
(i) many recipients don’t accept
images (ii) we shall have to take permission from
the newspaper authority to produce their advertisement
· We cannot accept the CV / BIO DATA of the friends because it requires a lot of contacts, a team work and also a separate office. And we don’t want to go up to this extent.

(ii) Gulf News on every Thursday (iii) Classified Section for Arab News
on every Friday
CIRCULATION TO MEMBERS
Circulation of Data is thru 2 sources ( two Yahoo
Groups )
FUTURE PLANS
Most of incoming mails contains CV for job seekers
and sending job information / alert is not enough.
It is very difficult to help job seekers with such a limited set up.
We have to advise them to be
patient and keep sending CV to the
given addresses.
Now we want to

Call the members / job

Site. Then to invite attract
Employers to visit our site for their selection.

To hire a part time typist to do all typing job.
HOW TO COVER THE EXPENSES
For recovering the cost we shall have to discuss but
followings are the possibilities

employers we shall to chalk out the strategy.
