       The Trend on silver hair,
          and going natural.

It is always in a stylist's best interest to help clients feel the best they can feel in relationship to their inner beauty as well as their outward appearance.So, while we love to color hair we also appreciate clients choosing to 'rock' their natural silver! There are however, points to remember while helping clients transition to natural gray. Not all people have an even distribution of silver against the natural nor an adequate balance in percentage.

These issues can be pointed out while different selective shades can be used to 'balance' and soften the look while growing it natural. There are easy and efficient ways to guide a person through transitional color without having to look uneven and obnoxious for months on end, needlessly.There is always a color solution and most importantly, a way to achieve a rich look through a balance

of contrast,shine and texture!

Gray does not have to be permanent, nor does it work for everyone, as some people experience texture and balance issues. You can wear part silver and part color by 'threading' hilites throughout. It truly is 'to each, his own' when it comes to the topic of color.
