    As you enter the valley of Rivendell, you sense conflict between the history of the land and it's inhabitants, and the advancing modern world. Soon, you get to the ford.You walk across the ford, and up the steep path through great trees, leading towards The Last homely House. As you come to a clearing in the trees, you see the house; the center of Rivendell as it stands, which shines in the midst of beautiful woods, just in the shade of the great surrounding mountains.

    As you are walking, you hear sweet voices, singing praise, as you near the house, and walk up the path. Even as you are aproaching The Last Homely House, you find the Elves already know if your coming, and happily come to greet you, and welcome you to their lovely Home.
