The only focus I would add is that people are always willing to give their opinion as to changing the world, and few are willing to face the need to change themselves. It is always something "out there" which needs to change and so seldom is it realized that it is something "in here" which really requires serious study. Everyone wants something. Jesus said "...believe that you have it already, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24) This is where you come in with this exercise. Don't just affirm these words wishing that it could be true, know that in reality, that in back of time, space and change, it is true already. Change inside and your world will change with you.
