The Nitpicker's Guide To T-Bag
(Mistakes and Goofs you may not have noticed)

Back To: Back ~ Trivia Index ~ The High-T Hub ~ The High-T Index ~ The T-Bag Forum!

Welcome to the Nitpicker's Guide to T-Bag.

These are all the mistakes I and other people from The T-Bag Forum and Jeremy's The T-Room website & The T-Room Forum etc have noticed.

If there are any mistakes (with costumes, props, dialogue, continuity errors etc) you have noticed please e-mail me or post a message on the forum The T-Bag Forum 'Mistakes You have noticed post'

I have compiled these mistakes. Hope you enjoy reading about them!

Although the mistakes are easier to spot now we are all many years older (and in some cases wiser) it is fun to look back and see how they got away with it. Although the T-Bag series had these little imperfections they never detracted from the enjoyment this show brought to our smiley and laughing faces then and now!

Many thanks to Jeremy, Benji, Russell, Paul, members of The T-Bag Forum, posters on The T-Room Message Board and everybody else who have all found and contributed these mistakes to this nitpicker's guide. Without you this guide would be far less complete. Please keep those mistakes coming...

When I started this guide in October/November 2003 there was 12 mistakes and now there are over 60 but there must still be more undiscovered mistakes, keep your eyes and ears peeled.

I've rated all the mistakes out of ten to let you know how difficult it is to spot them (this ranking is made up of the difficulty spotting it before and after you know about it - you'll be looking for them after reading about them but you might not have noticed them normally).

The Tallulah Bag Series
Wonders In Letterland
EPISODE 6: DEBBIE IN THE LAND OF R
The Camera Shot "The Captured Camera" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 3/10
In the first T-Square scene, as the picture cuts from the first long shot to a close-up of T-Bag, on the left of the picture, the side of a bulky television camera is clearly visible. After a couple of seconds, the camera is quickly pulled out of shot. What a blunder!
"The Wonders Of Letterland" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 5/10
When Debbie sings her song on board Rascally Roger's ship, the song has not been dubbed correctly so the song is slightly out of sync with Debbie miming.

EPISODE 8: DEBBIE IN THE LAND OF O
"Fife O' Boom" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 10/10
In the very first shot featuring Fife O'Clock, as he walks over to the clock, a boom-mic bobs in at the very top of the shot (close to the centre, towards the left), then bobs out again. This may be obscured by the black border while playing this scene on a TV but it is in the recording, see the image for the evidence.

EPISODE 9: DEBBIE IN THE LAND OF E
"Too Many Golden E's" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 3/10
The Emporer's chain has nine golden letter E's on it - but there are only seven letter E's missing in the riddle on the chest back in the first square.

T-BAG STRIKES AGAIN
It's Debbie EPISODE 1: THE TOWN CLOCK
"The Dress Mess-Up" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 4/10
When T-Bag notices Debbie in the saucer and T-Shirt says “It’s Debbie” we can see T-Bag’s hand and part of her sleeve but somehow she is wearing her ‘velvet’ dress (which she doesn’t get until episode 3) instead of her ‘Taffetta’ Wonders In Letterland dress she wears in the first two episodes of this series. This close up shot must have been filmed at a different time with T-Bag in her ‘velvet’ dress.

The Microphone EPISODE 2: ONE, TWO BUCKLE MY SHOE
"Mic-key Take" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 8/10
Near the end of the episode a microphone appears at the top of the screen as Penelope Plumber comes back into the castle's Kitchen with T-Shirt.
Penelope: Oh, having a party, what fun.
During the half of Penelope saying her line (above) the microphone pops into and then out of shot.
The Microphone "Boom Town" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
In the last scene, back in the T-Room, there is an appearance of a microphone at the very top of the screen only for a second or two.
T-Bag: It's all your fault boy, all your fault.
T-Shirt: How is it my fault?
The mic appears now inbetween T-Shirt saying his line and T-Bag starting her line.
T-Bag: Everything's your fault!

EPISODE 3: BEN AND BUNTY BADSHOT
"Realistic Scenery" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 3/10
When T-Bag goes to hide behind the bushes after she hears Bunty Badshot marching T-Shirt along; after he has been found out as a decoy (left-right-left-right etc) she whirls around and catches her dress on the bush which results in a loud 'twang' (and those bushes were so realistic).

EPISODE 4: SCRAP HARRY
NEW! "Magic-Boom" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
When Debbie first rubs the lamp and The Genie appears, a boom-mic appears above The Genie in a close up-shot of him, just above his head.

EPISODE 5: ALI BARBER
"Missing Numbers" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 7/10
When Ali takes Debbie’s silver numbers for payment for her haircut he shakes her bag and one of the numbers falls to the floor instead of into his hands. When we see the numbers close up there are no number 2's!

"Just Dust" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 2/10
When T-Bag shows T-Shirt the teapot he has failed to dust, she blows some of the carefully placed dust off it, before T.Shirt has a chance to himself! This happens when she says 'it must be at least an inch thick'!

EPISODE 9: CHARLIE CHUCKLES
"That's Hat!" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 7/10
Before T-Bag takes T-Shirt’s magic from him, his cap has a golden letter T on plain turquoise fabric but when his powers are removed instead of being plain turquoise where the T was there is a turquoise and black chequered fabric. There were most likely two caps made for filming (one with and one without the golden T) but Raymond Childe (the costume designer) or his assistant didn’t use the same for both caps!
"Back-To-Front T-Shirt" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 8/10
When T-Shirt and Debbie are watching Charlie Chuckles’ magic tricks, T-Shirt has his T-Shirt on back to front. Look at the seams around his shoulders to spot this mis-dressed mistake – his collar is too close to his neck at the front and too far down at the back!

EPISODE 10: THE MAGIC GARDEN
"The Tenth Story" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 4/10
When T-Shirt returns the silver numbers to Debbie and they try to think where the numbers 10, 11 and the one in 12 could be, T-Shirt suggests the 10 would be in the tenth story and so on, Debbie tells him there isn’t a tenth story but there is. The tenth story is ‘The Magic Garden’ where T-Bag lives. Oops!
Debbie: There’s still a few missing, the ten, eleven and a bit of twelve.
T-Shirt: Where will they be?
Debbie: That’s anybody’s guess, I thought I had looked everywhere. Now let’s see, I found the one in the first story, the twos in the second story, a three in the third story…
T-Shirt: Oh it’s simple then, you’ll find the ten in the tenth story, the eleven in the eleventh story.
Debbie: But there isn’t a tenth or eleventh story.

MULTIPLE EPISODES
"Hair-Raising" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 6/10
Debbie's Hair changes throughout the series. In Episode 2, her hair is shorter and more groomed than in Episode 1, as the latter was one of the last episodes shot - by the end of the series, her hair is exactly the same as in Episode 1! Maybe Debbie needs another trip to Ali Barber's!

T-BAG BOUNCES BACK
Back To Front Magic Notes EPISODE 1 THE OUSTING OF MAJOR HAPPY & EPISODE 10 HAPPY ENDING
"Musical Notes" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 2/10
Major Happy’s costume has the musical notes on it back to front. This is mentioned in The T-Room costume section in the Interview with Raymond Childe. In the interview it states the musical notes were stuck on the costume the night before by Raymond Childe's assistant. See the image (to the right) for the offending musical notes (and I don't mean T-Bag singing).
"The Bell's Knell" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 5/10
The bells Major Happy plays do not correspond with the sounds they make. When he plays the scale, the large bells play high notes and the small bells play low notes when it should be vice-versa. Also in some places you can hear that the bells are made of plastic because the striking sound was not dubbed correctly.

The Dismembered Hand EPISODE 2: NIGHTS OF ARABIA
"The Dismembered Hand" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 10/10
When T-Shirt is in the T-Room and releases the Genie from the bottle, inbetween the Genie disappearing and T-Bag reappearing there is a dismembered hand at the right-bottom side of the screen.
The Genie: I'll bid you good day, and be on my way. Bye!
T-Bag: Hello I've got the bell and all's well.
This is very tricky to spot as it is only visible for a few frames (blink and you'll miss it). The hand does not belong to Elizabeth Estensen (T-Bag) as it has no nail varnish so is most likely to be one of the cast. See the image right, if you look closely enough you can see two fingers at the side of the image.

"Busy Budgies" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
The birdcage in Episode 2, where whenever there is a locked-camera disappearing/reappearing effect (characters disappearing/appearing, the bird(s) can't keep still, so whereas the actors seem not to move, one minute the bird's tail is in the air, the next it's sitting normally!

EPISODE 3: IVAN THE HORRIBLE
"Realistic Scenery (II)" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 3/10
When Ivan is playing ball with Debbie, he throws it outside through the window and it hits one of the bushes which starts to wobble.

EPISODE 6: HI-HAT
"I Want That Hat" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 6/10
When Hi-Hat takes the hat back to T-Bag, Elizabeth Estensen opens the box a little too enthusiastically and drops it. Fortunately - consumate professional that she is - she manages to grab the hat before the box goes completely, and carries on without blinking!

"Headdress Less" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 5/10
After the princess drinks the cup of tea that T-Shirt makes her, the door bell rings, the Princess says 'See who that is will you?' and as she says this her headdress falls off!

EPISODE 7: BELL, BOOK AND CANDLE
NEW! "It's Curtains For You This Time - Or Not" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 4/10
When King Rufus' dog scracthes at the T-Room door and T-Shirt opens it and lets the dog through, the ornate curtain backdrop that can be seen beyond, featured in episodes 1, 4 & 9, is missing. Instead, this appears to be the bare white studio wall and you can even see what appear to be cables dangling from it. If this wasn't bad enough, although John Hasler pushes the double doors to, they fail to shut and you can still see behind the doors for most of the scene.

EPISODE 8: MAX THE MILLER
"The Boom Bounces Back" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
When T. Shirt meets Winnie de Mille there is another boom-mic that appears at the top of the screen (the camera cuts from various individual midshots, to a two-shot and the mic stays put for a while before being swiftly hoisted up!)

EPISODE 9: NIKDIT THE THEIF
NEW! "Carpet Boom Blues" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 9/10
After Nikdit takes the 'infested' carpet from Jumbo's house, there is a close-up of Debbie, as she takes out her hanky. This cuts to a close-up of T-Bag, saying 'serves you right.' For a split second, above here, a boom-mic zooms into shot, and the out again. I've attached a pic, and you can see it vaguely above Elizabeth Estensen, lined up with her nose! This one is incredibly hard to spot as it only appears for a second! "Into and Out Of Shot" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
Another boom-mic appears in a mid-shot of Tallulah Bag in Uncle Jumbo's house, just after Debbie has rushed out with the bell - she says something like '... but she needs all the bells to win, and she has one ...' At the top of the screen, something black appears to pop into shot and then is quickly pulled out again - this one's very quick.

"The Bell Fell" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 7/10
Towards the end of the episode when T-Shirt and Nikdit arrive back at the 'rug' marketplace and Debbie hides behind the carpets. T-Shirt tells Debbie he has left T-Bag but she doesn't believe him until T-Shirt takes the bells Nikdit stole from Debbie and hands them back. But as T-Shirt takes the bells from out of Nikdit's hands one bell falls to the floor. After Debbie has them back she says 'They all here too, I've got the lot' - apart from the one that has dropped out of Nikdits' hands - Oops!
Debbie: T-Shirt!
T-Shirt: Debbie, hiya. Have you heard the good news? I've left T-Bag.
Debbie: Oh yeah
T-Shirt: It's true
Debbie: A real den of theifs we have here.
T-Shirt: This is Nik, he's my pal.
Debbie: That figures, you stole my bells you theif.
Nikdit: I know and I'm sorry but now I'm giving them back
Debbie: What?
T-Shirt: We're giving them back. (T-Shirt scoops the bells from Nikdit's hands and drops one of them)
Debbie: You mean its true, you really have left T-Bag.
T-Shirt: Yep.
Debbie: They all here too, I've got the lot. You know what this means don't you?
T-Shirt: What?
Debbie: We can get rid of T-Bag once and for all, forever!

TURN ON TO T-BAG
T-Caddy Costume EPISODE 1: SPARKES
"T-Shirt's Troublesome Jumper" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 4/10
After T-Bag hides the crystals in the upcoming programmes and T-Shirt chooses his T-Caddy uniform T-Shirt summons Holly into the T-Room. The view changes between a back view (when he is looking up at the screen) where Holly is on the screen and a front view when Holly is in the T-Room. In the front views he has his T-Caddy uniform on but the back view is him with his normal clothes on, his yellow jumper. This must have been done in several takes but in a different costume.
Back To The T-Caddy CostumeBack To The Yellow Jumper (T-Shirt has his T-Caddy uniform on in the T-Room -See image above-left)
T-Shirt: Oh I had to open my big mouth about hiding the crystals, what do I do now?
(T-Shirt has his yellow jumper on while he is talking to Holly -See image right)
Holly: Now coming up shortly on children’s television an exciting time…
T-Shirt: Holly-Anna Jones, I bet she’d help. Hey Holly, down here, behind you, oi, I’ve got to talk to you, Holly please.
Holly: O where was I?
T-Shirt: Holly, I’m sorry but this is urgent!
(Holly is transported into the T-Room/T-Shirt now has his T-Caddy uniform on -See image right)
Holly: I’m sure you’d agree there are a lot of goodies coming up…
T-Shirt: Hi Holly, I’m T-Shirt. Sorry to magic you down here.

The Crystal in Episode 1 The Crystal in Episode 2 EPISODE 2: GANGSTERS
NEW! "Floor Fiasco" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 9/10
This is another mistake caused by the split screen effect. Just before T.Bag appears as the hat-check girl in the police station, Police Chief O'Reilly walks over to the safe to pour himself a coffee. Look at the half open door here (this is what they've used to line up the split screen, so that Elizabeth Estensen can appear the other side of it). However, on the brown wooden floor below, you can see the split-screen wipe being faded in as the colour of the floor suddenly splits in two, with a lighter half appearing, this may down to lighting. When the wipe is taken away, the floor returns to normal.

"The Crystal Claim" (Contributed by ?) Difficulty: 3/10
Holly claims her crystal back at the end of the second episode but it isn’t the crystal she had in the first episode. This is probably because the episodes were never filmed in order. See the image on the left for the crystal Holly has in the first episode. The crystal Holly claims in the second episode looks very different and can be seen in the image (right).

EPISODE 5: PYRAMIDS
NEW! "Shadow Spotted" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 4/10
At the end of the episode, there is a close-up of T-Shirt unpacking the stack of High-TV Times. At the very bottom-right corner of the screen, you can just see the shadow of a camera as it moves along for a few seconds.

EPISODE 8: THE AFRICAN QUEEN
NEW! "Choker" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 8/10
The first time we see T-Bag and T-Shirt, T-shirt is trying to put his teddy bear under his power. When T-Bag comes in, she is wearing her choker the wrong way around with the bow at the front. This continues through this scene, but in later scenes, she has it the right way around with the bow at the back.

EPISODE 10: TURN ON TO T-BAG
"This Is It" (Contributed by superapplefrog) Difficulty: 6/10
Towards the end of the episode just before T-Bag takes to the air she starts her speach and when the camera focuses on Holly and T-Shirt when T-Shirt nods to Holly to start putting the crystals on the jammer you can just hear Elizabeth Estensen whisper the line 'This is it' before repeating it again at normal volume. You can see a clip of this on youtube here, listen out for it at 3:30. This may not be exactly a mistake but is an oddity which is why it makes this list.

"The Switched Switch" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 7/10
Near the end of the episode when T. Shirt fixes the jammer with his magic, Holly then puts the crystals on the jammer and gives it to T. Shirt. T. Shirt flips the switch upwards to turn on the jammer but it doesn't work. T. Shirt then flips the switch back and forth several times but stops in the downwards 'off' position. Then when he bangs it the jammer starts to work (even though it is in the 'off' position!)

T. BAG'S CHRISTMAS CRACKER
No mistakes found as yet

T. BAG AND THE REVENGE OF THE T-SET
EPISODE 1: THE STONE CIRCLE
NEW! "Planned All Along?" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 5/10
When T-Bag appears at the beginning of the episode, the High-T Lady says, "Tallulah Bag, the prodigal returns!". T-Bag replies, "I haven't returned, you brought me here!". Later it appears as if T-Bag had planned to be there and use the spoons, rather than being summoned for punishment by the High-T. This is a very complicated plan indeed!

"A Wrong Retrospective" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 3/10
When T-shirt remembers the ‘good times’ he had with T-Bag he remembers T-Bag as a pirate with Black Hearted Belle but he was never on the ship at that time so how can he remember this?

EPISODE 3: LOST IN SPACE
"The Perfect Circle" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 9/10
This is perhaps the pickiest of the lot! This mistake is because of the split-screen effect and happens immediately after the scene in the T.Room, where T.Bag, despairing of T.Shirt's failure, says 'hopeless!' It then cuts to a two-shot of Stella and T.Shirt, and then when Stella asks 'where's your fancy friend?' it cuts to a long shot. Elizabeth Estensen is already in the centre of the screen here, between Stella and T.Shirt, and Sally and Mackannickle; but there is a screen wipe which conceals her, a locked-off camera having taken a shot of the empty set. However, the shot has not been lined up correctly, so if you look very closely - and I mean very closely! - the shelves are slightly skewed, as is the large black circle on the floor. When the wipe is taken away and T.Bag appears, the picture goes back to normal!

EPISODE 4: TURKISH DELIGHT
"The Shadow Secret" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
Another mistake involving the split-screen effect, you can only really notice it on the video so watch carefully. When Karim first uncorks the lemonade bottle, we cut from a close-up of him, to a mid-two-shot, with Fizz appearing to his left, twirling round. Again, a screen-wipe has been employed to conceal him so that Karim can carry on moving while he appears. However, before he does appear, you can clearly see the shadow of the actor, twirling round, on the table cloth behind him!

EPISODE 6: ROCK STAR BABY
"Boom Star Baby" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
There is another appearance of the boom-mic! You can see it at the very top of the screen, against the sign which moves round slowly, while Ricky Romero puts his tape into a box and moves round to Sally. Again, it's easier to spot on the actual programme (the television may cut this off again so it is out of the visible footage!)

EPISODE 7: ANASTASIA
"Too Many Silver Spoons" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 4/10
T-Bag claims Sally has six of the spoons whereas she only has five (a spoon from eps2, 3, 4, 5 and 6)
T-Bag: I’ve got to find out where that insufferable Sally Simpkins has got to. Do you realise how many of those spoons she’s got already? Six, SIX!
T-Shirt: Six so if she’s found six and there’s eight…
T-Bag: I don’t need you to tell me how many spoons are left. I’m perfectly aware of the fact thank you very much. Now just make the tea!
"Troublesome-Trunks" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 6/10
When Rudolpho greets T-Bag (in disguise as a gypsy to lure him off the trunk), the 'invisible' T-Shirt appears to open the trunk to get Sally's (which turns out to be Rosie's) bag, the wire is visible then it drops for Rudolpho to slam the trunk close.

EPISODE 8: LA BOHEME
"An Eiffel Eye-Full" (Contributed by Grant) Difficulty: 5/10
The scenery view from Vincent's apartment shows us looking down at The Eiffel Tower, and as Grant puts it 'Exactly how many floors were there in Vincent’s apartment block??'

EPISODE 9: THE BARD
The Microphone "Taking The Mic" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
When T.Bag comes in to the throne room and says 'I'm your new lady in waiting' before going to tidy up all the treasure earmarked for William Wagadagger, you can briefly see a boom-mic at the top of the screen as the camera moves upwards, during the two-shot between Elizabeth Estensen and Denise Coffey. See the image right, the mic can just be seen at the top of the screen directly above where the door meets the doorway.

T. BAG'S CHRISTMAS CAROL
"Continuity Conundrum" (Contributed by ?) Difficulty: 2/10
T-Bag has been defeated but she is back and is after Sally for causing her so much trouble. How can this be? Shown after T-Bag And The Revenge Of The T-Set this is a continuity error but this episode was filmed during this series.

"Victorian Boom" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
Yet another boom mic appears when Sally appears in the Victorian street. This bobs into view just as Sally turns round, above her. Before it becomes too visible though the camera cuts to a close-up of Sally.

"Big Bad Mistake!" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 5/10
When T-Bag (as the Ghost Of Christmas) casts her spell on Emily Scrumptious T-Bag says "All give and no take, nothing but a bad mistake". Afterwards when Sally comes down with a dress Emily repeats what T-Bag says but intead of 'Bad mistake' says 'big mistake', "All give and no take, nothing but a big mistake"

THE AMAZING ADVENTURES OF T-BAG
"Continuity Conundrum (II)" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 2/10
T-Bag is alive and well again after being destroyed in Revenge of The T-Set. Without any explanation given whatsoever this must be a continuity error. This book was released in 1990 after Tallulah Bag’s destruction at the end of T-Bag And The Revenge Of The T-Set. Whether this book was set before this is also unclear as Granny Bag mentions Major Happy and we also meet Tabatha Bag at the party in chapter eight.

The Tabatha Bag Series etc
T. Bag and the Pearls Of Wisdom
EPISODE 1: ANY OLD PORT
NEW! "Who's Not Done Their Homework?" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 4/10
There is a continuity issue in T-Shirt's education. In the first few Tallulah Bag series, reference is often made to T-Shirt doing magic homework, and, during the first series, T-Bag asks him, "How do you expect to grow up to be a good T-Caddy". In this series, however, T-Shirt says, "I spent years at the T-Caddy academy before going to work for Tallulah Bag". This implies that he should have finished his schooling before he joined Tallulah.

EPISODE 2: HIGH NOON
"Red Dead Neckercheif" (Contributed by Ryan) Difficulty: 5/10
When we first see Doc Leaf he is wearing a red neckerchief until Pearl Starr tells him not to leave town. In the next scene (when T. Bag talks to him about the Kid) and throughout the rest of the episode though he is no longer wearing it. Getting rid of the evidence of the bank robbery I suspect!

EPISODE 3: ELEMENTARY MY DEAR WHAT-NOT
The Plastic Dustbin "Historically Correct?" (Contributed by ?) Difficulty: 1/10
There is a plastic dustbin in Victorian London where Constable Clodd hides Lady Ruffle’s Dog, Willabough. It’s hardly historically correct. The dustbin can also be seen when Sally and T-Shirt run through the board spaces in episode 10 as this 'running through the square' was filmed at the same time. The offending plastic dustbin can be seen in the image right.

EPISODE 4: GRIMBLE AND SQUIFFY
The Microphone "Not so Micro Microphone" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 7/10
At the very beginning of the episode, Grimble is complaining about lack of business then just as Squiffy is about to walk in and it cuts to the 'wide shot' the microphone appears over Grimble's head for a few seconds before being pulled out of shot. You can clearly see the microphone in the image left!
NEW! "The Boom-Mic Flee" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
A boom mic appears at the very top of the screen during the T-Room scene in which T-Shirt is showing T-Bag his flea circus - it's a thin one which bobs in and out of screen.

"Fleas!" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 4/10
When T. Shirt does his flea circus routine his four fleas are called Clarence, George, Fred and Fearless Fred but later in the episode he calls one Henry. Where did Henry come from?

EPISODE 6: THE GHOST OF CASTLE MCCARR
The McCarr Family Fortune "Family Fortune Fumble" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 3/10
When Rob and Dora McCarr find the McCarr family fortune behind the portrait of their great Uncle Hamish, the tresure is in a metal cash box (see the image right) which is doubtful to have been around generations ago.

EPISODE 6: THE GHOST OF CASTLE MCCARR (VHS SUMMARY OF EPISODE)
"Sally's Pearls" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 3/10
T-Shirt says Sally has one less pearl than she actually has. She has six pearls but T-Shirt claims she has only five pearls.
‘Bonnie Scotland was our next port of call, Sally took the high road and we took the low road and she got the next pearl before us. Now she’s got five of the pearls but we weren’t beaten yet.’

EPISODE 7: TUT TUT
"Boom Fun, Fun, Fun" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 10/10
Another boom mic appears at the very top of the screen (this may be obscured by the edge of your TV) when Osiris makes a quick exit at the end of the episode and it cuts to a long shot of Osiris walking backwards. The top of the microphone appears only for a second or two before it disappears.

EPISODE 8: CEDRIC SACKBUTT'S SEARCH FOR A SONG
"Blue Forest Floor" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
After T-Bag and Robyn Hood are crouched behind the bush, watching T-Shirt come into the forest, dressed as a medieval maiden another mistake occurs. When T-Bag reluctantly moves out of hiding to challenge him/her/that, not only does the bush wobble, but you can clearly see a whity-blue studio floor which hasn't been painted out, towards the bottom right of the screen. The rest of the studio floor is green, as per the forest!!

EPISODE 8: CEDRIC SACKBUTT'S SEARCH FOR A SONG (VHS SUMMARY OF EPISODE)
"Sally's Pearls (II)" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 3/10
T-Shirt says Sally has one less pearl than she actually has (again). She has eight pearls but T-Shirt claims she has only seven pearls.
‘Merry England was the next stop on our quest but T-Bag was far from merry when, yep you’ve guessed it, Sally pipped us at the post and snatched the seventh Pearl of Wisdom from right under our noses. The situation was now desperate!’

T. BAG'S CHRISTMAS DING-DONG
"This one is Pane-less" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 5/10
When T-Shirt switches the open/closed sign on the door you can clearly see that there is no glass in the windows, as the sign clearly goes through the window arches! This also happens in T. Bag and the Rings of Olympus when he closes the door!

T. BAG AND THE RINGS OF OLYMPUS
EPISODE 1: THE RINGS OF OLYMPUS
"Pane-less Part Two" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 3/10
When T-Shirt opens and closes the door of the shop to get the crate from outside you can clearly see that there is no glass in the windows, as the sign clearly spins around the window arches!

"Forgotten Ding-Dong-Ring Memories" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 2/10
Athena's T-Plant T-Bag says T-Shirt has grown since last they met, but chronologically she met him in T-Bag’s Christmas Ding-Dong (26.12.1990) before T-Bag And The Rings Of Olympus started (07.01.1991).
T-Shirt: Oh no not again.
T-Bag: That’s a nice way to greet an old friend.
T-Shirt: Well you’re old I’ll give you that.
T-Bag: Mmmm Yes you’ve grown since last we met, especially your lip!

"Athena's T-Plant" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 6/10
When T-Bag and T. Shirt are banished from Mount Olympus by Athena all of T. Bag's possesions are sent too including her T-Plant. But later when T. Bag and T. Shirt go to sing Athena to sleep you can see Athena has her own T-Plant near the statue that T. Bag and T. Shirt hide next to later in the episode. Why does Athena have a T-Plant - maybe she likes a evil brew now and again! You can see the T-Plant in the image to the right.

"Athena: Exit Stage Left" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
After Athena has given Polly the rings she moves away and Polly bends down to speak to 'Zeus'. Behind her, you can see Helen Lindsay going behind one of the columns - but then, she stops, and you can clearly see the bottom of her dress for a few seconds, as the actress remains behind the column, either waiting to move off the studio floor or simply the end of the scene!

After Before "Mysterious Moving Rings" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 6/10
Towards the end of the episode when T. Shirt and Polly are arguing over the rings and they split and fall on the floor we see them scattered on the floor. Then when Athena comes in and makes them disappear the rings are not in the same position! The rings (when they first land on the floor and just before Athena makes them vanish) can be seen in the images to the right.

EPISODE 2: BANDITS
"Scene-Side" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 9/10
When El Moustachio finds Polly at his secret hideout and he approaches Polly with his rifle telling her to 'get out of here' the side of the set on the left side can be seen.

EPISODE 3: THE YUKON
"The Vanishing Jacket" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 5/10
When Polly arrives and knocks on the door of Maggie's cabin, T-Shirt takes off his lumberjack jacket and puts it down on the cabinet next to the door. He lets Polly in and Maggie comes in. T-shirt makes Polly a hot drink while Polly tries to tell Maggie he is trying to trick her out of the gold ring. Polly shows Maggie one of her rings she has and she drops it and T-Shirt picks it up and hands it back to her. T-Bag seeing this in her saucer magics him back to the T-Room. A few seconds after T-Shirt disappears, his jacket (left on the cabinet by the door) also disappears as Maggie and Polly are shocked. And when T-Shirt appears back in the T-Room in the next scene he is wearing the jacket. Thanks to Paul for finding this.

EPISODE 8: LEONARDO
"Boom-mic Boom" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 9/10
A boom-mic appears just as Polly is leaving Leonardo's studio and heading off to see the Duke. As the camera cuts from a close-up of Polly to a long-shot, you can just see the gold boom-mic before it pops out of view.

EPISODE 9: TORTURE
"Ten Gold Rings" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 5/10
When T. Bag takes all the barrells of gunpowder from the dungeon (Polly tricks T. Bag into taking them by saying her bag with the rings is in one of them) T. Bag says 'I'll have ten gold rings before the day is out', but if she did get Polly's bag she would only have eight and the ninth ring from the Queen for torturing Polly. The tenth ring is still to be found and could be anywhere.

T. BAG AND THE SUNSTONES OF MONTEZUMA
T-Bag is Back! EPISODE 1: IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF KIT BAG
"The Unexplained" (Contributed by Benji) Difficulty: 2/10
T-Bag is alive and well after being banished by Zeus but no reason was given for this.

EPISODE 2: GUSSIE AND TWITTERING
"Penny & Polly Name Mix-Up!" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 2/10
At the start of the episode T-Bag calls Penny Polly by mistake. Maybe this is because T-Bag is not over her defeat by Polly in the previous series but I doubt it, this is probably a mistake made by Georgina Hale during filming which nobody picked up on. Many thanks to Paul who posted this on the old T-Room message board.
T-Shirt: Captains Log 19 9.92 having miraculously found the lost Sunstones of Montezuma, we have now unfortunately gone and lost them again, as they say on Andromeda Five are well that’s life in a tripe shop. All we know for sure is that the nine precious stones are scattered somewhere across time and space, finding them again will be like looking for pickpockets on a nudist beach!
T-Bag: Are what a load of tosh!
T-Shirt: I’m keeping a diary just like Sir Paisley Shirt did, everything that happens I write it down.
T-Bag: You forgot to write Dear Diary today T-Bag clobbered me with a lavoratory brush.
T-Shirt: When did that happen?
(She hits him over the head with the lavoratory brush)
T-Shirt: Oww
T-Bag: Stop faffing around I’ve got to find out where that Polly pee-wee creature’s got to.

MULTIPLE EPISODES (EPS4 & 5)
"The Night Dress Mess" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 3/10
In numerous episodes in the series T. Bag either wears her stripy pyjamas or her 'pearls' nightdress. T. Bag wears her pyjamas in episode 4 and her nightdress in episode 5. T. Bag never wears both in any single episode but why the change from one to another? Was T. Bag's pyjamas in the wash (they would probably need to be after episode 4 when T. Shirt blows all the dirt from the vacuum cleaner all over her)?

TAKE OFF WITH T. BAG
EPISODE 1: MANY HAPPY RETURNS
"The Unexplained (II)" (Contributed by Benji) Difficulty: 1/10
T-Bag is again alive and well after being trapped in the Montezuma Temple with Kit Bag and again no reason is given for this.
"The Night Dress Mess (II)" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 3/10
At the start of the episode T. Bag is wearing her stripy pyjamas but after giving Granny Bag the 'exploding' cuckoo clock she counts down to the explosion and she is wearing her 'Pearls Of Wisdom' night dress and for the rest of the episode until the scenes the next day. Was this intentional for T. Bag to have two 'night time' costumes or not?
Granny's Jim-Jams "Daffy Duck Muck Up" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 4/10
When T. Bag wakes Granny Bag up and says
T. Bag: It's a very special Thursday and something very special happens today.
Granny Bag: Of course, yeh it's bin day. Well they can have this (hot water bottle) for a kick off, it leaked all over my Daffy Duck jim-jams.
Granny Bag's pyjamas do not have Daffy Duck on them, they have other animals on them (some of which are ducks - I think) but if they had to black out the 'Kelloggs' Crunchy Nut Cornflakes and call them puff wheat popsicles I would think that Daffy Duck jim-jams would have been a no-go.

Microphone In View EPISODE 2: THIEF OF BAGHDAD
"Audio Problems" (Contributed by Jeremy) Difficulty: 6/10
When T-Bag and T-Shirt are arguing, after Tow-ling wishes for Liquorice Allsorts, you can see a microphone at the top of the screen (above T-Bag's head in the palm tree foliage) for a second before it pops out of view.
T-Bag: Hours and hours we’ve been traipsing around this (sniffs) foul place and what for? Not even a sausage, not even a party-sized, miniature, cocktail-sticked chipolata; nothing. Oh I’ve had enough.
T-Shirt: Don’t stop yet!
T-Bag: (The micro phone can be seen now, see image right) I wish I’d never had started.

EPISODE 5: DOCTOR STRANGEBAG
"Palm Tree Panic" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
Another boom-mic appear towards the top-right of the screen as T-Shirt and Tow Ling split up to search for T-Bag. T-Shirt says 'meet back in five minutes' and as the camera pans away to follow him, a small silver boom-mic appears just above Tow Ling, in front of the palm trees.

"Just Add Water" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 7/10
Another microphone can be spotted at the very top of the screen when Doctor Strangebag is about to zap T-Bag with the dehydration gun, in the long shot of T-Bag and Doctor strangebag the microphone can be seen abovewe T-Bag's head.

EPISODE 6: Antony And Cleopatra
"No Clues Is Good News" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 3/10
No mention of where the golden envelope is mentioned during the episode, so how did they get to the next destination?

EPISODE 8: Bin Bag
"Anyone For Coffee?" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 8/10
You can spot the painted-out coffee table in the shot of Bin Bag's spaceship, this happens just after the flying saucer has been swallowed up. Tow Ling goes out of the saucer door, and T-Bag and T-Shirt fight to get out after him. It then cuts to a slow panning shot of Bin Bag's ship and here you can see the table. It's not that easy to spot, but you can certainly see it.

EPISODE 9: THE RED SHOES
"Rocky Grounds" (Contributed by me) Difficulty: 4/10
When T-Bag, T-Shirt and Tow-ling arrive in Hollywood, T-Bag goes off to make herself 'look even more glamorous than I normally am'. Then T-Shirt turns on the TV and says he has time to watch the films Rocky I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII. Tow-Ling corrects T-Shirt saying they haven't made a Rocky VII, but he neglected to say they haven't made Rocky VI. The last Rocky film to be made was Rocky V in 1990. T-Shirt said they would have made Rocky VII before T-Bag makes herself glamorous. T-Bag must still be making herself more glamorous now!

A Crew Cameo EPISODE 10: SHANGRI-LA
"The Hidden (or not so hidden) Crew" (Contributed by Paul) Difficulty: 4/10
In the Garden of Shangri-La when T-Bag tries to get her birthday present and the Empress (Granny Bag in disguise) zaps her backwards, the Empress tells them they are not welcome in Shangri-La when T-Bag says:
T. Bag: I'm not going anywhere until I get my present.
Empress: Present?
T. Bag: That there with my name on it.
The Foil Balloons It is now when we see the Empress say 'arh arh arrrh' as she realises she is Tabatha Bag that in the bottom-left corner of the screen that a member of the crew can be seen on set behind the birthday present. See the image right for a glimpse of one of the crew.
"Balloons Foiled" (Contributed by Me) Difficulty: 3/10
At T. Bag's surprise party, back at Chateau Bag, we see Doctor Strangebag (from Ep5), Bagsy Malone (from Ep3) and Sultan Bagwash (From ep2). Sultan Bagwash is seen infront of some 'foil' balloons but there are none of these balloons throughout the scene in Chateau Bag. These extra clips were filmed in front of balloons during the episodes these cast members appeared in.
