Purpose: This will lay out the ground rules of Ordo Astrum

Rules:

  1. Help each other.
  2. Respect the guild and the politics of the server… If you have a dispute with someone please remember acting immaturely affects the guild. You can always ask one of the higher up people what to do.
  3. If you have a problem or concern with anything voice it (voicing can be a whisper to Lelek or guild chat.). Things cannot be changed if the leaders do not know what is wrong. Leaders depend on the members coming to them even if what they have to say is, “I’m unhappy”.
  4. For lower lvls: If you want to go somewhere talk to the uppers and have them schedule something. I try to help whenever possible but we are engaged in a lot of raiding at lvl 60. We can’t stop and help every low lvl all the time. It is beneficial to both parties if the lower lvls schedule with the uppers when to hold a “low” lvl day so we can do the most for people. Also understand we may only wish to help you though the “hardest” parts… Best thing to do if you have other low lvls you like ask about having them invited.
  5. Promote the guild: If you find people you like and they wish to join a guild ask about getting them invited. But know that that person will reflect upon you it becomes blatantly obvious they are unsavory individuals.
  6. Disputes among members or harassment should be forwarded to the uppers to deal with and mediate.
  7. Please join HordeCraft's message board under your ArgentDawn character name. Do this by going to HordeCraft. Also review the charter of HordeCraft
  8. Please join the channel “HordeCraft” in game (You may disable it when you need quiet). Do this by typing /join HordeCraft.
  9. Get add-ons... They have been shown to save many groups and improve effiency. Get them at CurseGaming
  10. To go on raids (more than 5 people) you must have CT_RaidAssist… get it from CT
  11. If you are going to be away for more than a week notify the uppers.
  12. If you wish to be promoted talk to Lelek to find out how helping other members and helping the guild grow will get you promoted.
Loot rules: The official (you may do other rules if all parties agree) standard Ordo Astrum loot rules are as follows. Roll on all bind on equip (BOE), save for recipes and keys. For recipes and keys only people who need/can use them should roll. On bind on Pickup (BOP) you should roll if it is better than what you have now, with the exception of set items. Sets are made for specific classes. You should pass on anything which is not your set. If you are unclear on your set ask the guild. If no one rolls on a BOP item because everyone’s stuff is better then either the leader will random for everyone or people will do “/rand 100” rolls and figure out who wins.
