Fitness

We are a group of 6 military wives who met shooting an
episode of the new Pat Croce show "Moving In". While our
husbands are away fighting for freedom we are home taking
care of everything else. Our families and households depend
on us to keep the wheels turning while our husbands are away,
but in the shuffle Pat showed us that we had forgotten to take
care of ourselves.

That is all going to change now!

Together we are taking on the challenge of putting ourselves
on our own priority list to lose weight. This site is to support our
efforts and remind each one of us how far we have come.
