Well, I am pretty much down to one dangerous pursuit now ... biking. I have done some caving and some climbing, which were really good fun. I also did two abseils for charity. The second one scared me so much that I decided never to do it again. In future I shall be having a sponsored "sit in an armchair with a cup of tea and a good book". (I think my life assurance company will probably prefer this!).
At last! Pictures of my bike! Andy was going to take some pictures of me actually riding the darn thing, but as usual the weather defeated us!

Andy and I had a biking weekend 12/13th May 2001. For once the weather was superb AND because pretty much everyone else was watching the footie, the roads were verrrrry quiet! The best day out in a long while!
I went out biking with Alastair and Tony last weekend (Sunday 29th July 2001). We had a superb run up over Storey Arms and to other places I cannot remember the names of! We had Sunday lunch at a nice pub and then dropped back down to Merthyr and back down the A470.

On Tuesday 31st July 2001, I went Quad Biking. WOW that was soooooo much fun!!! I just have to do that again!! (I didn't take pictures, I was too busy laughing like a lunatic!)
I only got to do this once, but WOW what fun!!!
