| 4 Cups | Cabbage, red or green, shredded |
| 3 | Carrots, grated |
| 1 | Green Pepper, diced |
| 1/2 | Onion, diced |
| 1/2 Cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
| Sugar to taste |
| Milk |
| 1 Cup | Apple, diced |
1) Toss together all ingredients. Add milk to desired consistency.
2) Before eating, stir in apples if desired.
