| 4 | Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless |
| 2 Tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 1/2 Cup | Chicken Broth |
| 1 | Sweet Pepper, diced |
| 1 Tsp | Basil |
| 1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | Celery Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Garlic, minced |
| 1/4 Cup | Parmesan Cheese |
| Rice |
1) Place chicken breasts between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Pound slightly with mallet. Cut chicken in strips.
2) Heat oil over medium heat.
3) Brown meat on each side; add onion and garlic; saute for 1 minutes.
4) Add chicken broth, sweet pepper, basil, salts and pepper.
5) Reduce heat after boiling, simmer covered for 6 minutes.
6) Add parmesan cheese.
7) Serve over cooked rice.
