Glazed Lemon Pie

1 1/2 CupSugar
1/4 CupButter
1/4 CupWater
1/4 CupLemon Juice, squeezed
1Egg, separated
2 TbspLemon Peel, minced
3Lemons, peeled, sliced
2 TbspFlour
1Pie Crust, baked
2 TbspSugar

1) Heat the sugar, butter, water, whisked egg yolk, lemon juice and peel together.
2) Combine the lemons with the flour.
3) Place in pie plate and top with mixture.
4) Beat the egg white until soft peaks form with the sugar, top over pie.
5) Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes.
