2/3 Cup or 4 Sq | Chocolate Chips |
1/3 Cup | Sugar |
3 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
2 Cups | Milk |
1 Tsp | Vanilla |
1 | Egg, whisked |
1 Tbsp | Butter |
1 | Pie Crust, baked |
1) Melt chocolate in medium saucepan and add 1 cup of milk slowly.
2) Blend egg, sugar, cornstarch, remaining milk and vanilla together in separate bowl. Add to chocolate mixture and stir until boiling and thickened.
3) Remove from heat and add butter. Place into pie shell.
4) Let stand for 1 hour.
5) Top with whipped cream and chocolate morsels for decoration.
