Spaghetti Sauce And Meatballs

20Tomatoes, fresh, whole
4 CansTomato Paste, small
3 TbspBrown Sugar
1 TbspOregano
1 TbspBasil
2 TbspParsley
1 TspRosemary
1 TspTarragon
1 TbspGarlic, minced
1/2Onion, small, diced
1 HandfulSpaghetti Noodles
1 LbLean Ground Beef
3 TbspParsley, Fresh
1 TspBasil
1 TspGarlic
1 TspSalt
1 TspPepper
1/4 CupBread Crumbs
1/4 CupParmesan Cheese

1) Wash tomatoes and cut up, discarding waste.
2) Boil in large pot.
3) When tomatoes are starting to liquify add the rest of the ingredients, boiling slightly still for about an hour.
4) Meanwhile, combine ingredients for meatballs and mix.
5) Roll out balls from the meat and place on baking sheet lined with parachament paper.
6) Bake at 400 F for 10 to 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
7) Wash off meatballs and add to tomato sauce and add tomato paste to desired consistency.
8) Prepare spaghetti noodles.
9) Freeze any leftover sauce.
