1 1/2 Lb | Veal Cutlets |
1 | Egg |
2 Tbsp | Milk |
3/4 Cup | Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
| Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| Butter or Olive Oil |
| Spaghetti Sauce |
| Mozzarella Cheese, grated |
| Meat Tenderizer |
1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) Tenderize meat with meat tenderizer.
3) Dip meat into egg and milk mixture, then dip into bread crumbs.
4) Sprinkle freely with grated parmesan cheese.
5) Saute in butter until crisp, for 5 minutes on each side.
6) Place in baking pan, top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7) Bake until cheese melts.
