1 1/2 Cup | Wine |
1 | Garlic Clove |
3/4 Lb | Swiss Cheese, grated |
1/4 Lb | Cheddar Cheese, grated |
1/3 Lb | Gouda Cheese, grated |
1 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
1 | Italian Bread, cubed |
1) Boil wine and garlic together.
2) Simmer. Remove garlic clove.
3) Blend cheese with cornstarch; add to wine.
4) Whisk until cheese melts.
5) Transfer to fondue pot over low heat.
6) Eat with cubed bread.
