2 Tbsp | Butter |
1 | Chicken Bouillon Cube, minced |
1/4 Tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
1/4 Tsp | Mustard Powder |
2 Tbsp | Flour |
1 1/2 Cup | Milk |
2 Cups | Gouda Cheese, grated |
| Raw Vegetables, assorted |
1) Over medium heat, melt butter and blend, bouillon cube, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder and flour. Blend thoroughly and cook a couple of minutes or until bubbly.
2) Add milk slowly, stirring continuously until mixture thickens.
3) Reduce heat; add cheese and stir until melted.
4) Transfer to fondue pot and eat with assorted vegetables.
