| 1/2 Cup | Blueberries, minced |
| 1/2 Cup | Yogurt, plain |
| 1/4 Cup | Orange Juice |
| 1 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
| 1/2 Cup | Whipped Cream, prepared |
1) Heat blueberries and yogurt.
2) Shake orange juice and cornstarch together. Add to blueberries.
3) After it boils, refrigerate for a half hour.
4) Fold with whipped cream.
5) Eat with biscuits or fruit slices.
Fruit Slices: Nectarines, Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, Papaya, etc.
