| 3 Cups | Cheddar Cheese, grated |
| 1 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1/2 Cup | Milk |
| 1/4 Cup | Apple Juice |
| 1 Tsp | Garlic Juice |

| 3 Lbs | Beef, cubed |
| 1 Cup | Butter |
1) Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
2) Cook meat to personal preference. Set aside.
3) Heat the cheese, butter, milk, apple juice and garlic juice together until well blended.
4) Transfer to a fondue pot to keep heated.
5) Dip cubed beef in cheese fondue.
