| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
| 2 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1/4 Tsp | Salt |
| 1 Cup | Milk |
| 1/2 Cup | Cheddar or Swiss Cheese, grated |
1) In double broiler or heavy saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and salt. Cook about 1 minute or until bubbly.
2) Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
3) Add in cheese and stir until smooth.
